b) Annual Subscription Plans
You are eligible for a full refund of your annual subscription if:
No searches or analyses have been performed at all during the first 30 days of your subscription.
The refund request is made within 30 calendar days of your original annual purchase.
You are eligible for a partial refund if:
You have used the service at least once during the first 30 days. In this case, the equivalent of one monthly subscription fee will be deducted from your refund.
You are not eligible for any refund under the annual plan if:
Your request is submitted after 30 days, regardless of usage.
You have used the service and request a refund after the 30-day window.
